FEATURE:

·Acid resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance. The normal temperature resistance can reach 260 degrees in 24 hours, and the temperature can withstand more than 300 degrees;

·The mesh belt joint made of stainless steel is cut to fit the mesh belt and actual applications;

·Special polyester material and woven structure make our mesh belt have a good surface effect, which facilitates the unloading and regeneration of the mesh belt;

·The filter belt has high tensile strength, strong wrinkle resistance, uniform monofilament on the mesh surface, and flexibility;

·The gluing part of the filter belt joint is well-made, imported latex is used, and it is not easy to fall off;

·The surface of the filter belt is smooth, the mud cake is easy to peel off, and the filter belt is easy to wash;

·The filter cake is thick, easy to regenerate and easy to peel off. Stable shape, no deformation, no deviation, no pleating, high tensile strength, strong acid and alkali resistance;

·The tension of the filter belt is generally controlled at 0.3-0.7MPa, and the common value is 0.5MPa; the walking speed of the filter belt is 1-7m/min, and different specifications and sizes can be customized for production.

·Anti-adhesive lining, gasket, cloth and conveyor belt; according to the thickness, it is used for conveyor belts, adhesive belts, sealing belts, etc. of various drying machines.

·Welding cloth for welding and sealing of plastic products; plastic sheet, film, heat-sealing sheet lining tape.

·High electrical insulation: electrical insulation tape base, spacers, gaskets, and lining rings.

·Heat-resistant cladding layer; laminated base material, insulator wrapping.

·Microwave gaskets, oven slices, and food drying.

·Adhesive tape, transfer printing ironing tablecloth, carpet adhesive curing conveyor belt, rubber vulcanizing conveyor belt, abrasive sheet curing release cloth, etc.

·Pressure-sensitive tape base cloth.

·Building membrane materials: canopies for various sports venues, station pavilions, parasols, landscape canopies, etc.

·Used for anti-corrosion coating of various petrochemical pipelines, environmental protection desulfurization of waste gas from power plants, etc.

·Flexible compensator, friction material, grinding wheel slice.

·After special processing, "anti-static cloth" can be made.
