PU V-Belts & Round Belts
PRODUCT DETAILS:
CONSTRUCTION:
·Polyurethane
FEATURE:
PU V-Belts:
·Smooth transmission, low noise, buffering and absorbing vibration.
·Simple structure, manufacturing, installation accuracy is not high, easy to use and maintain, suitable for occasions with large center distance between two axles.
·When overloaded, the transmission belt will slip on the pulley, which can prevent damage to weak parts and play a safety protection role.
PU Round Belts:
·Extremely high tension and tensile strength;
·Abrasion resistance, impact resistance, oil resistance, water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance;
·Easy welding and installation, long service life.
APPLICATION:
PU V-Belts:
·Widely used in textile, packaging, printing, machinery, electronics, glass, chemical, ceramic and other industries. Especially in the ceramic industry, it is widely used in conveying lines such as glazing lines and polishing lines.
PU Round Belts:
·Machine tools, textile machinery, automation machinery, food processing machinery, packaging machinery, chemical medicine manufacturing machinery, printing machinery, conveying transmission equipment, linear transmission, tobacco industry, brewing industry, glass and ceramic manufacturing, high-precision handling equipment.
